The Souhegan baseball team, with the assistance of Men's Wearhouse, Souhegan High School teacher John Ranta and the Copy Shop are selling 2012 calendars that features seventeen Souhegan Baseball Players dressed in Mens Wearhouse apparel. The athletes appear in twelve different locations from the surface of the moon to a cafe in France. The calendars can be purchased for $15 from a Souhegan baseball player, in Diane Gratz athletic office or by contacting Head Coach Bill Dod and a calendar will be delivered.

The iPAD2 raffle has started ... tickets are on sale from now until the half of the Thanksgiving Annual Milk Jug game with Merrimack ... the iPAD, protective screen and case is with $590 ...

You may obtain extra tickets from Bill Dod or Diane Gratz in the athletic office ... The goal would be to sell 500 raffle tickets. The tickets will be collected on November 22 in room 128 at 2:15 pm or at the game on November 24.

The Souhegan Sabers Baseball Team is heading off to spring training in Florida in April of 2012! The team and coaches will have the unique opportunity to train at the Pittsburgh Pirates Training Facilities in Bradenton, Florida.

In an effort to lower the cost for the players, the team will hold a "Dining for Dollars" Fundraiser at the Longhorn Steakhouse on Rte 101A, Thursday, Oct 27th from 11am-10pm. 10% of each lunch or dinner check accompanied by a voucher will go directly to the Souhegan Sabers Baseball Team.

On Friday, April 17, 2009, Thomas Underwood (Plymouth High School) and Bill Dod (Souhegan High School) entered the 450 win club.  The Plymouth Bobcats defeated Laconia 13 to 2 and the Souhegan Sabers defeated Con-Val Regional 11-7.

James resettled in South Korea, playing on a local men's team as the only foreigner. I continue to play America's pastime in adult life, something I hope the student-athletes will see and remember as they age.

KEENE,N.H. 4/14/09 - Keene State's Jamie Chevalier was presented with his Gold Glove Award. Chevalier was one of nine Division III players named to the ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove team last season. The junior posted a fine .980 fielding percentage while helping the Owls turn a program high 49 double plays this past season.
